Normally every evening, we all get together to have some healthy activities...at least jogging lah..or else we play badminton at Titiwangsa hall, or go swimming on Saturday(ditempat larangan..kuk kik kuk kik!)..or Taekwondo sparring (belasah si madan) ....or go bowling..then dah letih beriadah barulah gi makan2 atau santai2
BUT...at da moment..huhuhuhu !..while waiting till my feet to totally recovered, we just hang out "santai secara lemah lembut" ..dan dengan ini secara tidak langsung menaikkan + melebarkan badan..tak habis2 makan..( ada orang baik hati nak belanja so ape lagi kitorang KIKIS lah dia.wakakakaka)
